American Finance & Capital LLC (AFC) is a private fixed income strategies and trading consultant.
AFC specializes in fixed income management and structured finance solutions that offer above market risk adjusted returns with attractive risk versus reward profiles.
We achieve high returns with low risk because we incorporate a prudent amount of leverage on High Credit Quality Fixed Income Securities, within an asset-liability management structure that mitigates interest rate risk while maximizing returns.
Each investment strategy is tailored for each capital partner. Our typical capital partners include investment managers, Family offices, Foundations & Endowments, Community banks and Credit unions, government municipalities, and Ultra high Net Worth individuals. The investment objectives of our capital partners vary and range from simply income and total return to generating cash flow for project financing. We structure the portfolios to provide the amount of liquidity that the capital partner requires.
Profit Sharing Model
AFC uses a profit-sharing model with our strategic capital partners. In this model AFC’s interests and objectives are aligned with our capital partners.
Our team is comprised of professionals with broad financial experience, but we all have this in common - a commitment to ethics and integrity. Each of our management team has 25 - 35 years in the finance management industry where we have leveraged, managed pension funds, hedge funds, adviser to community banks on how to leverage their balance sheets into fixed income securities, treasuries, and other investment vehicles.
